PAT was formally registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1882 to ensure its legal recognition and operation.

In order to fulfill PAT's commitment to transparency and legal compliance, PAT is also registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA). This registration allows us to receive foreign grants and contributions for our social initiatives while adhering to the relevant regulations.

Furthermore, PAT has obtained tax exemption status, which underscores our dedication to responsible and accountable financial practices as we continue our mission to make a positive impact on the community.
