On May 2nd, 1997, People Action for Transformation (PAT) trust was established by two individuals with a strong commitment to social causes, namely, the late Mr. Hirudayasamy and Mr. R. Stephen Francis Xavier. Initially focused on welfare and social development initiatives. PAT Trust is dedicated itself to the inclusion of marginalized individuals who had been excluded from access to the conventional development opportunities.
